By commissioning me (the Artist), you (the Client) agree to the terms outlined here.

The Client must provide clear references and a detailed description of the desired artwork. Failure to do so may result in delays or cancellation.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request without explanation.

Payments are accepted via paypal or ko-fi.

All prices are listed in euros, and the Client is responsible for any associated fees (e.g., currency conversion, transaction fees).

The Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal use only.

Full refunds are only available if the Artist cancels the commission before any work has begun.

Refunds are not available after the final artwork has been delivered.

The Artist reserves the right to decline commissions that are outside their comfort zone or expertise.

The Client is entitled to three rounds of revisions during the sketch phase. Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.

Revisions outside the sketch phase (e.g., coloring, detailing) will only be accepted for minor adjustments and may also incur additional fees.

The estimated completion time for the commission will be provided upon acceptance. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the request and the Artist’s schedule.

Completed commissions will be delivered digitally via [email/cloud storage link].

The Artist retains full copyright to the commissioned artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.

The Artist will not create artwork that includes: Explicitly illegal content, Excessive gore or violence, Content that promotes hate speech or discrimination.

By commissioning the Artist, the Client confirms they are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation of the commission without refund.
